How it works
Understand how your people feel in three easy steps.
Our latest in-app feature allows makes it easy to improve the wellbeing of your workforce using real-time sentiment. Built in collaboration with The Scottish Government, University of Aberdeen, NHS Lothian, NHS Tayside and Trickle.
Our latest feature gives you a simple way to analyse the sentiment of your people, and understand the reasons driving it, whilst providing insights at team and organisational level so pro-active support can be facilitated.
Understand how your people feel in three easy steps.
If your people have the Trickle app installed on their phone, they’ll get a daily notification to ask how their day was. In a single click, they can respond anonymously by selecting a green happy face or a sad red face.
Your people have the choice to share what aspects of their day contributed to their mood. Feedback is always anonymous so people can safely share how they’re really feeling.
Individual app users get a weekly report summarising their mood along with the contributing factors. Organisations receive anonymised data that allows them to analyse sentiment at organisational or team level so they can make improvements in real-time.
Trickle has allowed us to attend to our people, to listen to what’s being said and not said, to understand what’s really important, and to ask ‘how can we help’?
Dr Achyut Valluri NHS TaysideI had reservations about introducing a system during a period of upheaval but I really feel Trickle has been a big benefit to our staff. I’d recommend them to anyone who wants better employee engagement!
Chris Ironside Food Standards ScotlandOur platform is a safe space to facilitate employee-led improvements that allows organisations to make positive and meaningful changes by tackling what matters most to their people as they surface.
We’d love to show you Trickle in action and help you learn about the various ways we’ve helped to improve workplaces for our customers. Why not book a 30 minute demo with one of our friendly team?
